We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️ 📍London or remote UK | 💰£48,500 - £60,000 + Incentive Award tied to your performance + Benefits | Hear from the team ⭐ Our Treasury team Our Treasury team is growing and we’re looking for a Treasury Analyst with a focus on commercial performance to support our investment strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated & collaborative Treasury Analyst to play a key role in supporting Treasury’s budgeting, stress testing, month end, and modelling. You’ll support all core Treasury functions- learning how Monzo manages liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and the credit portfolio to maintain balance sheet resilience. This is a collaborative role and you will work across the Treasury, Finance and Risk functions. 🔑 You’ll play a key role by… • Supporting and enhancing our budgeting and forecasting process including stress testing and model development • Supporting our month end reporting including cost analysis and reporting • Enhancing our control environment • Designing brilliant ways to automate our work and leveraging technology to ensure we scale with the business • Partnering with teams internally to help them make informed business decisions 🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you… • Have experience working at a bank and knowledge of Treasury forecasting • Have a highly analytical and forward thinking approach • Are interested in identifying and using data, performing analysis, and understanding financial impacts on our bank • Are able to articulate and explain technical topics to diverse audiences • Have strong technical skills • Are interested in learning more about the wider Treasury worlds of investment and capital management 🙌 What’s in it for you 💰 £48,500 - £60,00 ➕ Incentive Awards tied to your performance. 📍This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London) ⏰ We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team. 📚 £1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences. 🏡 We will set you up to work from home; all employees are given Macbooks and for fully remote workers we will provide extra support for your work-from-home setup. ➕ Plus lots more!
