About JustAJob

JustAJob is a UK-focused job search that blends listings from many sources into one clean, fast, region-aware board — with optional AI tools to help you apply smarter.

What we do

Most job hunts mean bouncing between half a dozen sites, each showing a slightly different slice of the market. JustAJob pulls roles from multiple sources — direct-from-employer career pages and the big aggregators alike — removes the duplicates, and ranks them for breadth, so one page reflects what’s actually out there across the UK.

Why we built it

A board dominated by the same handful of big employers feels thin, when in reality there are thousands of UK organisations hiring at any moment. We wanted a search that surfaces that range — across every region and nation, not just London and tech — and treats the people using it with respect.

What makes it different

  • Many sources, blended. We combine several feeds and de-duplicate them, so no single board’s bias becomes your whole search.
  • Breadth by design. A diversity-aware ranking stops one big employer from flooding the page, so you see a real spread of companies and sectors.
  • Every UK region. Search all of the UK by default, narrow to a nation or region, or quick-search a city.
  • Straight to the employer. Many roles link directly to the company’s own application page, not through extra middlemen.
  • Privacy-minded. We collect as little as possible and run no advertising or third-party tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
  • AI that assists. Optional tools check your CV, score it against a role, and draft cover letters and answers — guidance to build on, never a black box.

How we keep it running

JustAJob is currently free to use — the board and the AI career tools alike. Instead of ads or selling your data, we’re building revenue on the employer side: direct job listings and clearly-labelled featured placements. If the site has helped you, our support page lists a few easy ways to help keep it free.

Still improving

JustAJob is an early-stage product and we’re building in the open. If something looks off or you have an idea, we’d love to hear it — get in touch.
